1. General Provisions

Thank you for using Titan Data! These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Titan Data’s services (the “Service”). Please read them carefully before using the Service. By registering for the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Service is provided by Titan Data, Inc. (the “Service Provider” or “we”).

2. Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (“Billing Cycle”), which can be monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select.

Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each Billing Cycle unless canceled by you or terminated by Titan Data, Inc.

All purchases will be processed through the relevant app store, and your payment information will be managed securely. You can manage your subscription and request refunds through the app store’s billing management.

3. Free Trial

Titan Data, Inc. may offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited time (“Free Trial”). You may need to provide billing information to sign up.

If you enter your billing information, you won’t be charged until the Free Trial expires. On the last day of the Free Trial, unless you cancel your Subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable fees.

Titan Data, Inc. reserves the right to modify or cancel the Free Trial offer at any time without notice.

4. Fee Changes

Titan Data, Inc. may modify Subscription fees at any time. Any changes will take effect at the end of your current Billing Cycle.

We will provide reasonable notice of any fee changes, allowing you the opportunity to terminate your Subscription before the change takes effect.

Your continued use of the Service after a fee change constitutes your acceptance of the new fee.

5. Titan Data Account

The Service allows you to create optional user accounts (“Account(s)”). Accounts enable access to the Subscription on your devices. When creating an Account, you will provide an email address and password, which will be stored securely.

6. Termination of Service

Users may request the deletion of their accounts at any time, and we will act on such requests promptly.

Titan Data, Inc. reserves the right to ban Users who persistently violate these Terms after a warning. In cases of serious violations, we may ban Users immediately and without prior notice.

We may terminate the Service at any time, providing Users with four (4) weeks’ notice.

7. Support and Troubleshooting

For support or to report a problem, please contact us at support@talairo.com. We may reach out for additional information to assist with your issue.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of [Your Country/State]. For any disputes, the sole jurisdiction shall be the relevant courts in [Your Location].

9. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to you via your registered email address, which you must keep updated.

10. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

While we strive to keep the Service operational, technical issues may arise. The Service may be interrupted for maintenance or troubleshooting, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Except for cases of bodily harm, intentional damage, or gross negligence, Titan Data, Inc. is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have internet access to use the Service, and we are not liable for any issues related to your internet provider.

11. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement governing your use of the Service.

All notifications to Titan Data, Inc. must be in writing and sent to the address provided on our website. An email is sufficient to meet this requirement.
